At Stonegate Group, we believe in looking after our teams as they make the difference.
As part of our development opportunities, we offer multiple programmes for colleagues looking to take the next step in their career.

Our latest Accelerators have spent the past six months challenging their mindset and evolving their leadership skills. Through coaching sessions and development workshops, Accelerator helps Deputy Managers to unlock their potential and deliver great results – whilst connecting them to peers with shared goals.

In the last year, 60 of our Accelerators went on to secure General Manager positions – and we can’t wait to see what this year has in store for the latest cohorts!
