Our General Managers at Social Pub and Kitchen are responsible for building high performing teams that are passionate about upholding the brand guidelines and ensuring our guests are having a great experience at our venues.

They will lead and motivate their team to allow them to improve all aspects of the business and make their mark on the site.

Deputy Managers at Social Pub and Kitchen will support the General Manager by assisting in leading and motivating their team.

They also support in the day-to-day running of the venue including stock control, cash handling, training, maintaining health, safety and fire standards and will demonstrate great communication and organisation skills.

Deputy Managers will receive full training and benefits such as performance-based bonuses, early access to wages and more!

They will also oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, keeping up standards and stock control, as well as maintaining health and safety protocols.

Team Leaders main focus will be the day-to-day running of shifts and keeping Team Members motivated.

As a Team Leader you will possess great communication and customer service skills and are lead the way for your fellow Team Members.
