Our Commercial roles involve managing and driving revenue growth across the entirety of Stonegate using market trends and consumer behaviour.

Stonegate's Commercial teams include Food and Drink Innovation, Commercial Strategy and Planning and Purchasing.

With more than 4,000 pubs with connected tills, cellars, and even pub Wi-Fi, as well as our Pub Support Team centre, our IT team keeps the technological side of the business running so that pubs can keep serving and bringing our guests together.

Our IT roles span from IT Operations, Site Redevelopments and Transitions, Digital Transformations and EPoS Systems.

Our estate has more than 4,000 properties with the development, management, and maintenance being the responsibility of our property team.

Our Property department includes Health and Safety, Property Operations and Project Management.

Our Risk division here at Stonegate is responsible for ensuring the business is protected from financial loss, legal liabilities and reputational damage.

Risk functions include Fraud, Quality and Compliance, Insurance, Safety, Sustainability and Audit.

Our field and head office-based sales professionals support our Operational colleagues with guest bookings and additional sales opportunities to support growth.

These teams include National Accounts, Guest Bookings as well as Sales Business Partners.

SEARCH SALES JOBS

We as a company are growing bigger and better by the day. Our Strategy and Business Development team ensure we keep heading in the right direction.

These include Estates, Legal Operations, Joint Ventures and Group Transitions.
