Applying for a job should be as quick and easy as possible.

That's why we have developed an easy application process which not only ensures we get the right people, but that you get to work in a job that you love and get that all important job satisfaction.

How to apply?

Depending on the job role you’re applying for there may be some differences but the process will always involve the four key stages below.

Step One: Application

We have a variety of roles available in various departments across Stonegate Group. Start by filling out a brief application form where we ask for a few essential details.
It will take you around 5 minutes to complete your application.

Step Two: Screening

During this stage we’ll double check you meet the minimum requirements for the role, often via a phone call.

You will also be able to ask your own questions about the role, as well as any general questions about Stonegate.

Step Three: Interview

If you’re selected to attend a face to face interview, for most jobs you’ll be able to schedule your interview online. We’ll use this time to learn about you, your skills, and how you might fit into our team.

For some jobs you’ll get a call from one of the team to book you in. You may be asked to prepare a presentation or task at this point.

Step Four: Decision

We value your time, so we aim to get back to you with a decision as soon as possible.

Should you be successful at your interview stage, we will contact you via a phone call to discuss your offer and next steps.
