Your responsibilities
Our teams are what make our pub world go round, and the kitchen teams are no different.
As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting, motivating and mentoring the team and ensuring our high standards and performance goals are met whilst also overseeing your own personal development.
Alongside this, you’ll also be running the kitchen like a pro, maintaining stock levels and delivery compliance, ensuring food is delivered to spec and within timeframes, maximising our full financial and operating potential, and ensuring full fire, health & safety, food hygiene, licensing, trading standards, allergen and all other policies are adhered to.
