Job Roles at Proper Pubs

Our General Managers at Proper Pubs are responsible for building high performing teams that are passionate about upholding the brand guidelines and ensuring our guests are having a great experience at our pubs.

They will also be able to lead and motivate their team to allow them to improve all aspects of the business and make their mark.

We offer a variety of benefits to our General Managers, including our award-winning training programme, bonuses, and private healthcare. We also offer support to help you bring your plans for your pub to life.

SEARCH GENERAL MANAGER JOBS

Deputy Managers will support the General Manager by assisting in leading and motivating their team.

They also support in the day to day running of the venue including stock control, cash handling, training, maintaining health, safety and fire standards and will demonstrate great communication and organisation skills.

They receive full training and are eligible for a variety of benefits such as performance-based bonuses, early access to earned wages and more!

Team Leader

Our Team Leaders offer support to all Team Members at their pubs, helping them to bring the best experience to their guests.

Their main focus is often the day-to-day running of shifts and keeping Team Members motivated whilst maintaining excellent communication and customer service skills by leading by example.

Team Member

Our Team Members are at the heart of all of our Proper Pub venues. They deliver fantastic customer service and are passionate about serving food and drink to a high standard, ensuring our guests have the best experience possible every visit.

As a Team Member, you will gain communication skills by engaging with guests and learn to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods.

Our Kitchen Team Members have a real passion for hospitality and support the Kitchen Manager with orders, stock taking, as well as the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

They take pride in the delivery of our menu to ensure our guests leave with lasting memories.

We offer our award-winning training programme to our Kitchen Team Members who wish to progress their careers to Kitchen Manager within Stonegate.
